Adam Coe - Projects Director

Adam has over 15 years’ experience as a Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor. In his previous role at Edmond Shipway he successfully delivered a wide range of projects for customers in the Leisure, Retail, Financial, Healthcare and Commercial sectors, including Ashall Projects.

Simon Atkinson - Director

Simon is an investor, Non-Executive Director and advisor to a number of businesses with a particular focus in leisure, hospitality and the built environment.

Scott has been a Director of Ashall Property since 2005 and has responsibility for Ashall Property’s leasing activities.
