Partners

We understand that making the most of opportunities in the real estate market invariably involves working closely with a range of stakeholders and specialists to identify the key issues and how they can be addressed to deliver the desired result.

Accordingly we actively seek to involve all partners, including Councils, Contractors, Professional Advisers, Investors and Funders, who can assist in the successful design, funding and delivery of a project.

Our experience tells us that satisfied parties are our most effective salesmen.

The Royal Insurance building is an important landmark in the heart of our City with outstanding architectural and historical value.  By agreeing to purchase the freehold of the building, Liverpool City Council were able to facilitate £18m of private investment in a project undertaken by Ashall Property to breathe new life into the building and convert it into a 116 room Aloft hotel and in the process create new jobs and income streams for the Council.  Ashall have proven to be a reliable and effective development partner.  They demonstrated the creativity, pragmatism and tenacity required to work with the large number of stakeholders required to design, fund and deliver the complex refurbishment of a derelict Grade II* listed building which had been unoccupied for 20 years.  The result speaks for itself.
