Colin Thomasson - Non-Executive Director

Colin is an Executive Director at CBRE in Manchester with 25 years' experience in executing major real estate transactions in both the UK and US.

At CBRE, Colin provides advisory services to UK and overseas clients in respect of investment sales, acquisitions, structuring joint ventures, equity raising, asset recapitalisaitons and development funding across all sectors of commercial real estate.

Colin commenced his professional career with DTZ in 1991 where he became a Director in 1999.

In 2006, Colin moved to DTZ Rockwood in New York fulfilling the role of Chief Operating Officer.  Colin's responsibilities included the management and oversight of DTZ's American Capital Markets practices including investment sales, financial services, asset management and DTZ Real Estate Investors.

Colin has been an Executive Director with CBRE since 2012.  His experience at CBRE includes:-

Airport City, Manchester - appointed as lead adviser to Manchester Airport Group.

The Towers, Manchester - advised Lonestar / Hudson Advisors in relation to the sale of this prestigious £85m business park.

Albert Dock, Liverpool - advised Arrowcroft in relation to the sale of this unique £42.75m asset.

Everton Football Club - lead adviser to the club in respect of their new stadium.

Royal Liver Building - advised Royal London on the sale of this iconic asset.
